Currentl price is reflective of the market being cautious on Steve delivering- to answer the question of price not reflecting current conditions here are some numbers for you
Take Q-4 profits of ~$633K - annualize it - $2.5M - this is conservative because AN/CM/ PL deals not reflected in Q-4.
$2.5M x a 20 multiple (normal EPS multiple) and u get $50M valuation/ by 3B shares after reduction and you get ~$.016/share. Now figure the items above and you can double it to over 3 cents - JMO
