Extremely smart move, in my opinion. In a small company it works well, especially if you are trying to make your employees feel welcome to work past 7PM on a Friday night before Christmas break, which they were.

Loved the "Rory by the fire" reading from his book and sipping from an nFusz mug instead of in a suit behind a podium. Truly impressed with all they are doing. Felt much more "concrete-ness" to this video than recent past and mentions alot of joint action items with big fish by name.
