Just a little Friday night nugget. I was watching Engineering Disasters last night and they detailed how the sewage was seeping into stormwater pipes due to deteriorating sewage pipes in Baltimore.........and this is part of their solution.

A brand new $430MM wastewater treatment plant. That is BIG money peeps. My guess is any company ANDI acquires will be on the services side (consulting, engineering, design, etc.).
The good thing is with an asset that expensive any maintenance/consulting services required will also be very expensive.....hopefully that translates into high revenue/profit margins for ANDI when the LOIs are converted to sale/purchase agreements.
