Crude’s moving out of the Permian for a reason - even the most intellectually impaired understand why - to reach the market.
The real refineries, distribution systems, and infrastructure to reach the global market exists in the coastal bend region.
The existing coastal bend refining capacity, the ongoing expansion, and planned flexibility for handing a complete crude slate exists in the coastal bend.
Pipeline, and port access exists int he coastal bend - not in the isolated, stranded CBP where MMEX’s proposed hoax facility is located.
Anyone with more than two neurons to rub together has already figured this out.
