Wonder if this is a double bottom? Didn't we hit $0.66 back on 12/11/18, or something like that? Seems to have recovered.
As far as Alpha, even if they are sellers, they only had a little over 300K shares after the dividend so with the daily volumes, they would be dried up about now.
