My focus would be on AGP selling the offering at a good price. If they do their job there will be competition amongst institutions for the new shares.

Rory and the BOD must have confidence in them. Be very interesting to read the prospectus and be a fly on the wall during the roadshow..

Whoever is selling now are "players." It is important that AGP sells to real investors who love the story. In offerings like this the buyers will often (tacitly?) agree to "support" the stock in the open market post placement. This would have the effect of creating more interest in FUSZ....a rising stock price always does.
