Theoretically, a 30% reduction in shares should cause a 30% appreciation in PPS - all other things held constant. Sometimes, when news is out before the action, the price change gets "baked in" to the PPS. The actual share reduction has been so delayed that I can't imagine anything is "baked in" our PPS at this time. Could be just the opposite. Maybe a 30% reduction in shares will affect more than a 30% appreciation in share price. Go ONCI PPS
