stock options going forward 2.20 pps-good sign but options for ca 20c pps expired ca dec 16-could 've been exercised

i've never liked it that though they are listed on otc they dont post much info there plus many articles are not for usa distribution-so its frustrating for usa ppl buying thru usa brokers
