Junebug, this vinsterr individual is correct. We are waiting on the regulatory commission in Pennsylvania to approve the sale of AGRiMED's Pennsylvania grow/processing facility to MariMed. There is a lot of controversy regarding this issue, but I suspect the commission is near to making a decision.
