It does make you wonder if the people "on the bid" really think ONCI is a "strong buy", why not just "slap the ask". One tick is only $100 per 1M shares bought and current prices are still low enough to bring most averages down. And, the bid & ask prices can easily go up while waiting for your bid to get filled.
