The only thing this confirms is that Steele was on the right track before just about anyone else. Note the words 'legally entitled'. if it's all bullshit, what are you Trumanzees worried about.
NONE of the indictments and convictions thus far are based upon the Steele dossier. No appeals on that basis either. Why not?
