Keep in mind that filing wasn’t the quarterly report, which is pending. It was an amendment to a previous 8k regarding the Veneto acquisition. Generex had a little typo there lol. They said:

“Amendment to Current Report on Form 8-K dated January 17, 2107”

I think they mean October 3, 2017. Perhaps they issue a press release update upon filing the 10q, but that’s just speculation of course.
