PURELY CONJECTURE which I try never to inject. Your article doesn't state that India is giving up on solar. It seems to state that they are scrapping the old standard to convert the technology to something new: re quantum dots. They are asking for new technology from wherever it may come. That is good for Quantum being number one out of the gate. Remember this old technology was supplied to India gratis from First Solar, per the documentary by Al Gore that I posted several days ago.
