If we get our price I would think that RG would be happy with a settlement agreement. I for one am just fine with settling some of our current cases to get cash in our coffers and licensing going forward even if it means delays later on potentially on other cases. Fact is we have deals in addition to potential settlements and if our cash position and profitability is strong then this company will never trade again where we are.
