Blank Rome settled with MSFT, which I liked and that drew me in as an investor. I was happy but not thrilled, yet I understood the situation.
R&G got involved, they take cases to the very end for the "deserved" damages.
The difference with R&G involvement, our patent was challenged and won at the PTAB level and even added claims to stregthen our patent. We needed financing to fight the duration, we were given Litigation Financing (only gets paid if we win). We appeal a district court decission at the Federal level... I am thrilled that we are not taking the "MSFT path". R&G IS FIGHTING THE FIGHT AND BLASING A TRAIL FOR LARGER DAMAGES AND SETTING THE TONE FOR ALL FUTURE LITIGATION.
This is not how penny stocks behave, badass!
