Pretty sure he previously stated the controlling shareholders of the company brought him in as management and he eventually engineered the sale of the company.
My guess is if he had any equity at all in the company sold it wasn't a significant amount.
Really couldn't care less either way.....I am just waiting for the phones to be rolled out and my sell orders to start executing at .05+
