Depends if you're trading or investing.
Trading, I'm sure there are 10,000 sites, posters and opinions on better plays.
Better timing, who knows. There could be an orchestrated tax dump or a run to buy before January hits and announcments start rolling.
Investing, long term I think everyone would say, you'll be just fine.
