Figures are nice but the news about the investigation is a concern. Probably minimal. I am quite familiar with the MSO investment model. They almost always carve out the federal claims and only provide investment returns based off commercial plan reimbursement. I hope that is the case here. With the restructuring of the MSO model having been completed, any deficiency would have been resolved.


I can't imagine Joe would have personally guaranteed the loan if there was a major concern for GNBT moving forward.
