I tend to agree with you about the filings. Now granted if we JV with MariMed we should see filings sometimes in the next several trading days however if we are merging with our partners (which could have already happened since they are private companies and we are currently dark) and then our newly formed major medical cannabis and and industrial hemp empire merges with MariMed we will not have to file.

I think both scenarios are quite compelling. I will not discount either option even though I am beginning to lean towards the merger option.

Either way we are GOLDEN imo!
