another tried and true tactic that NR plays against retail when upside down
is to have all those colluding brokerage firms send out letters from their
compliance departments .. if retail investors actually hit the ask EOD

again a true story .. because i do provide weekly tapes of trades on another
OTC target .. another retail investor (who overlaps with IPIX) .. took the tapes
of trades .. and more tellingly .. the MMs' showing on Bid and Ask to *refute*
a letter rec'd in from X compliance officer .. almost in total re: buys @ *ask* .. to show what was being done by MMs and their ask UC'ing .. just another reason
why documentation matters and can be such a threat to an almost always preordained *outcome*

the last *reality* NR wants is an educated and aware investor or mgmt
