Trust is a big issue here. Based on our current market value and using 650M shares - our equivalent price would be about 1.2 cents. I don't follow that ticker so not sure what else is in their structure but there are a lot of no rev tickers that are trading above ONCI.
Maybe no issues with the shell; maybe had no toxic financing to water down the stock; maybe it is more tightly held - who knows for sure.
Lots of possible reasons - BUT THE OTC IS NOT RATIONAL.
Fundamentals are thrown out and it is at the whims of the market makers and traders - that is what you sign up for in the Wild West of the OTC.
If you try to make sense of it you will go nuts.
