When I first saw the docket update listed as Orals, my first reaction was there must be some games being played by the court itself. I have had to revise my thinking on this. All cases referred to the appellate court have certain rights. One of those is the right to oral arguments. The last thing any SFOR shareholder wants is for SA to have any more ammunition against us, in order to take it to the Supreme court based on judicial rules not being followed. This schrade of theirs has gone on long enough. It's time to gather up the nails that will seal the coffin lid shut. GO SFOR!!! It's time to start shoveling the dirt over their grave.
