If the Farm Bill is signed Thursday, that is Dec. 20th. I think the law is not actually in effect till Jan 1st. Will this effect our news release again? Actually I dont think it is a too big of a deal as IMO the real trading and PRs wont start big until Jan. 2nd. JMO
