Another thought. CarMax and AN last year sold over 1M units of new and used cars. That is one hell of base to work with on a roll out.
I would love to see a deal with Penske as well. They sold over 600K cars and they also have over 100K in fleet - can you say PL.
I like PL deals with fleets because I think it is a captured audience - meaning the choice is not discretionary - it is required to install.
I see 5-10 cents once steady state is achieved and well above that if he signs an international PL with a Gov't.
