Dr. Menon retiring was utterly foreseeable and in no way is "bad news." He is an older guy, he has done his life's work in developing Kevetrin and salvaging Brilacidin from the trash heap of discarded drugs. He's no longer working for the company, and leaving the Board of Directors is no big deal.

Why should he be expected to keep working? It angers me to see people acting as if his well-deserved retirement (while still holding millions of shares) is in some way a tragedy.
