yep .. realize too that NR is always used to controlling outcomes .. first by embeds on various SMBs .. (both sides .. pro/con are well seeded) .. then when targeted company actually executes in spite of relentless PPS compression and/or actual investors don't sell .. but rather continue to buy .. efforts ratchet .. NR has few options right now .. they have *leeway* if they choose to try a controlled pps take up (note NWBO is only @ -7% YOY) .. but it appears (as noted privately yesterday .. NRs' *intent* is to try and garner actual sells by continuing to relentlessly compress IPIX's pps .. NRs' *goal* is to always reset the 52 week low .. the only aspect about yesterday and today .. was the *volume* yesterday didn't hit my predicted range of 800k to 1M~

an UPSIDE DOWN NR has to make good news look negative and bad news look FATAL
