PTOI (stock) .. interesting to see after September 2018's eye popping and record breaking *reporting* by NN to Finra re: MM Monthly of almost 80% of the *volume* .. 
September 2018 had 5 MMs' *collectively* reporting
the *change* out for both October and November ..
in October 2018 .. NN and CDEL did 35% and 32% respectively (wishy/washy)
with the *requisite* 5 MMs' *reporting*
but in November 2018 .. there are 7 MMs' *reporting* and NN is back to their comfort zone
input from a P2O investor .. 300,000 sold from early Sept to late Oct 2018
of course during that same period a few other P2O investors picked off (via bid) over 1.5M~ PTOI *shares*
