The SEC complaint and summons were not filed/served til Monday June 4-see sticky. The DOJ complaint was not filed til Friday-people have reported business as usual emails from Bob over the weekend so considering all these things I doubt Bob knew anything about this until he was served Monday.

complaint also asks that Bob be barred from any further [penny] stock offerings-which CWRN has said they will not have.

these things have nothing to do w the quiet period-which stems from an incipient business relationship w Bao and Bao's desires to keep CWRN and Baja hidden from competitors

and this has nothing to do with halting trading-which has not been halted and which would not be halted for actions which the government itself actually committed March 8 2010.

and I dont see how this affects filing of financials from Bobs pre-June 4 perspective either-I've given possible reasons why financials have not been filed yet-apart form the fact that financials alone wont change the improper class-and I dont know if it would affect filing going forward-cost of the alleged promo was $3000-until a court decision is made list it in the manner recommended by the auditor
