Only problem is that it seems Trump will not be signing until later in the week. If it were scheduled for today or tomorrow we would have heard about it.
What a long delay big government has caused us. First we waited on DEA to reclassify CBD which they did for Epidiolex after maxing out the 3 months that they had to do so. Then the legislative branch of our wonderful government missed the farm bill deadline and finally passed it last week, almost 3 months later than what was expected. And now we can throw in the amazing executive branch that is taking its sweet time. You would think that with the market having it's worst start to a December in 38 years that the president would have signed the bill last Friday or yesterday at the latest so that Hemp and cannabis tickers could perhaps resuscitate the market.
I guess the president has other things on his mind? If not for an inept government we would already be way up there in Silver Land imo!
At least we know that our guys are ready to roll. Maybe we close out the year with filings? MariMed did state in their PR that they will announce "partnerships" in 2019. Filings gets us going until then.
