I have NO idea what audits NTEK is referring to so lets not jump to conclusions. The audits could be related to audits of the collateral that the two private investors are presenting to the bank for the 10M line of credit. If I had to hazard a guess I believe the audit of the private investor's collateral would be the more likely case than audits of NTEK financials. WE JUST DON'T KNOW.

So maybe we should just all focus on the "real possibility" of getting the 10M line of credit and be happy with that!
