It all depends on the terms.
$20M upfront + trial costs won't get us any where near $4.65.
$200M upfront + trial costs will get us up there.
We lost a drug from our pipeline.
We had Menon, a founder, resign.
BTD is probably not granted at this point.
Not the strongest bargaining position. We need a large enough upfront that not even IPIX can screw it up in order to restore confidence. It would also be nice if it is large enough to force us up onto NASDAQ.
