joho R&G has NEVER lost a case like this and anyone with
average intelligence who has looked carefully at ALL the
evidence can tell SA has NO CHANCE of prevailing!
It was a travesty that SFOR even had to be HARRASED by
SA with this INTENTIONAL DELAY TATIC ! That's all it
was.
But R&G had an ACE UP their sleeve not fighting this delay
KNOWING the ACORN ruling in recent days was coming
and would add even more
ammunition to the SFOR case by the time we got to
this point to address all points in this ORAL.
