Combo of DE payoff+1.4B Shr reduce+PL PR when officially
all done ( not to mention MANY MORE Catalyst events in
the pipeline ) should easily put ONCI thru the breakout
zone of 24 no later than early JAN just like the
chart has been projecting.
Once that is accomplished ONCI/HEXA chart will
be ALL HIGHER HIGHS and HIGHER LOWS
thru 2019 on our way back to 2017 highs !!
