Time to chill out. Hang your hat on a specific date, prepare for disappointment when it does not happen.
There is nothing more I’d like to see than the moron judge’s decision reversed. That will come in time. When it happens it happens. Assigning a specific date to it, IMO, it setting a false expectation.
For the last few years we have all been waiting on courts and cases for this side of the equation to resolve, while the business is building on the sales and relationship side.
12/20? If it happens I will be jumping up and down like the rest of us longs. But if it does not happen, I will have avoided the disappointment of setting a false expectation.
While it is both fun and frustrating to watch this play out, it is out of our control. I have learned not to set expectations for things I cannot influence.
