Interesting to see that:

1 - COR, after recovering most of their money, after losing in a Nebraska court. 3.5 years later and after tons of lawyer fees continues to argue. What are they hiding or who are they trying to protect?

2 - A Phantom company Calissio paid $1.3 million to DTCC.

3 - Adam Carter, initially in the lawsuit, was removed from it.

4 - Amount paid by Calissio, plus the amount from COR, plus the amount from Alpine covers the dividend for about 600 million shares. Amount well above the supposed 320 million shares. And maybe there are more undisclosed payments.

5 - It continues to trade

6 - Share count was verified in OTC last Friday
