this does not mean that damages are guaranteed but provides for a framework in case they occur-and allows each party to possess a better understanding of the process-the unknown is always scary-so the contracts help remove the unknown

nothing scary -nothing earth shattering-just bc some short and distort destroy everything entities cry 'the sky is falling' everyday doesnt mean it is-it never has yet despite countless tons of much bigger events- israelis have much bigger things to worry about
