Make in India Products Compulsory for Government Developed Renewable Energy Projects

This eliminates developers and bidders bringing in solar panels from China and Malaysia. Does India have enough solar plants in-country right now?

MERCOM and other news outlets in India gave Assam's announcements wide industry coverage. Don't you think other India states are asking themselves, if Assam can get a QDSC next gen solar plant, why can't I?
