Sorry - didn't mean to get riled up. I have a close relation with Crohn's, which is very similar to UC, and they have been through hell with it and tried everything, eventually having surgery.

Even though the Regentys product is not self administered, it may work so well that the patient could go into complete remission and not need it again. I guess they won't know whether that is true until it has been in use for a while.
