The link to the Pecos County Commissioners Court disproves, and discredits the claim that any easement was granted - there is clearly no record of any discussion, or motion even remotely related to MMEX in the referenced link.

It is amazing that MMEX advocates would discredit their own claims using documents of record from local government.
