So many reasons to get excited about MMEX. It's publicly available information that MMEX received an easement for a second access road, this one under the tracks from the NW side of the build site. We're either building an oil refinery or MMEX likes building improved access roads to carry heavy equipment, machinery, building supplies and personnel for fun.
