Singer Cher has Malibu mansion raided by police in connection to drug charges. TMZ reports the son of one of Cher's assistants was arrested for a drug-related offense.
Donovan Ruiz was arrested.
Cher's Malibu mansion is revealed to be a drug den as officers found 'fentanyl, pills, a Gucci box containing drug paraphernalia, and boxes of .22 caliber bullets in his room'.
They found 1.3 grams of fentanyl powder in his pants as well as two pills.
They also found dozens of pills and fentanyl patches inside his room at the mansion.
Witnesses told TMZ that several patrol cars were at Cher's mansion, as were a fire truck and an ambulance.
The police allegedly called paramedics because they feared violence might break out during the arrest.
Authorities have also since revealed that Ruiz was on his way to Los Angeles International Airport for a flight to Australia, where Cher is currently on tour.
Ruiz is suspected of selling fentanyl to Kevin Cunningham, a 26-year-old Thousand Oaks resident who overdosed and died in September.
He has been charged with supplying narcotics to someone who dies, a felony.
