turn the key point to see about the A/R as an ASSET on
the balance sheet is that while it has risen from $1.48M
10/31/17 to $4.85M on 10/31/18 for a net increase of
$3.37M in one year during that same timeframe ONCI
collected $4.55M in REVENUES !!
Bottom line is as long as the COLLECTED REVENUES
are RISING HIGHER than the A/R is RISING then its
actually a POSITIVE to have a rising A/R because it
shows u are continually winning NEW BUSINESS.
The only way a rising A/R can become a negative
is if the REVENUES u are collecting are less than
the A/R level in any significant timeframe
or revenues are actually declining which is
certainly not the case here.
