Bottom Line - he’s not collecting receivables - total AR is equivalent to the entire annual revenue - timing of revenue recognition has nothing to do with the balance in AR - it’s a major issue and one reason he had to use a note to get something done in Q-4. Let’s call this what it is - a PROBLEM- it equals an AR days o/s of almost 360 days - putrid - and he needs to address it - and it should be part of the update - but it won’t be guaranteed - calling them as I see them - not a bash - just realism.
