From reading one of the related articles, it seems to say that QTMM would fall under "new research and development of India's solar target for 2022". They are seeking new and more efficient ways to produce solar energy. India, according to the article already is the second largest user of solar energy in the world, surpassing the United States. That is if I understood the phraseology correctly. As an aside, wouldn't it better to use the $10,000,000,00 to create solar energy for the entire southwestern region of the U.S. rather than building a wall? All a wall succeeds in doing is stopping the natural migration of all land species going north to south and south to north each season, possibly creating more extinction. Just saying.
