Overall, I am impressed.

Yes, Steve has mentioned before Sifthouse is contingent on them receiving a license. No surprise there.
I see the 1.4 billion share reduction, with Hexagon.
Will have to read through again, as I did not see Delaware mentioned. Might have missed it.
