The tax revenue generated by the Cannabis legalization is so huge - most people do not realize just how huge it is.
Colorado has a huge tax revenue surplus and they do not know what to do with all the extra tax revenue.
California needs this revenue so badly.
Once all is legal, you can:
1) tax it
2) regulate it
3) have controls for farm workers that prevents "slave labor"
4) inspect farms and manufacturing plants on a regular basis
5) all the workers now also pay tax like all of us
6) all the workers now also pay social security like all of us
