You're right. Although I suppose in that case, it's barely possible that someone put in a larger order at .16, and didn't get the last 50 shares of it until the last second. I have had orders filled in several parts. That could be the case if it had been at .145 too.

But 50 share trades right at the close look fishy, no matter which direction they go in.
