I also THINK that a partnership agreement MIGHT well be one such event but such might also be superseded by any NDA. I'm not a securities attorney and don't know. I don't think you are either but correct me if I'm wrong. Our thinking and might being won't change anything, no more that the posts at the swamp will. Mr. Ehrlich will announce when he can, when it is to best advantage, or possibly when required.
