Sorry for the delay in responding. To me it's just paperwork but is required under the rules. The rule serves to inform the judges of the ownership of the company and to ensure none of the judges who will decide the case has a financial interest in the outcome of the case (like Kronstadt apparently did). Others may have a different view.
