All talk of 2020 is premature at this time on both boards. We don't know what is SB implementation plan for both legs and others. He has not share this important business model with shareholders.
As right now his first priority is getting some confidence back from investment community. Bashers and naysayers have successfully being able to neutralize him. He has to minimize any delay that will have negative impact on company. Once he starts delivering you will see a change in PPS. It is up to SB at this time. Can he do it!! time will tell.
